CRAFT Culture

Our Culture is Crafted.

We place high value on teamwork here at Vive. Our culture is one that is crafted day by day by each of our team members.

Vive’s culture is defined by these five words:

Creative, Reliable, Authentic, Fun and Thorough.

Creative

What would a marketing company be if they weren’t creative? Vive’s open office concept fosters a think tank of ideas and solutions for our clients. We aspire to paint a one-of-a-kind masterpiece.

Reliable

First we show up, then we get ‘er done. All team members roll up their sleeves, unless we’re wearing polos.

Authentic

We have a team of self-starters. There may be an array of personalities, but it’s all about how the team comes together as a cohesive unit. People do business with people they like.

Fun

Whether we’re volunteering at the food bank or playing a team-building game of Jenga, our vibrant environment can be described simply as a far from dull experience.

Thorough

Details, details, details. If companies had middle names, ours would be Details. There are a lot of moving parts in project management, so it is imperative to be thorough. We call ourselves thorough, others call us over-achievers.
