Position | Account Manager

In conjunction with the support of the Vive marketing team, responsibilities include but are not limited to the consulting services, management of clients and growth of Vive, LLC.

Responsibilities

You will be accountable for actively managing projects scheduled and projects in progress to assure strategic planning adheres to the prescribed scope, duration, and budget of a client’s marketing plan.

  • Manage multiple client accounts with the use of project management tools (i.e., Trello) to effectively communicate, delegate and execute client projects.
  • Develop new ideas for branding, advertising campaigns, and marketing messages across clients , while creatively differentiating all brands. 
  • Coordinate design and content enhancements to clients’ marketing channels and deliverables.
  • Lead media buying and serve as publication liaison across clients.
  • Analyze marketing trends, look at new data and lead recommendations to maintain Vive’s reputation as a marketing expert.
  • Optimize Vive’s processes to implement a more efficient operation.
  • Support Vive’s brand visibility in the marketplace (i.e., trade show presence, website, social media, etc.)
  • Drive strong partner relationships to ensure solid collaboration and throughput.
  • Recommend and lead best marketing practices with teammates.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Account Management or Marketing-related experience (Ties to manufacturing a plus)

  • Daily onsite attendance during Vive’s business hours of 8-5 PM
  • Strong leadership qualities to grow and drive client relationships 
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times 
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and professional
  • Able to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group
  • Excellent organization, communication skills, and problem-solving ability
  • Role requires periodic out of area/state travel (trade show support, client visits or onboarding, misc.)
  • Organically participate or engage in culture-related activities
  • Know how to Google things
