M. Holland Company

Objective: Define and communicate M. Holland’s brand through an integrated marketing communication strategy.

Approach: Customer interviews helped gather common denominators regarding how M. Holland is perceived by their audience. Next, Vive developed a strategy that paid homage to M. Holland’s long standing reputation and core values while demonstrating its advances with cutting edge technology. Overall brand awareness contributed to a 15.8% growth over four years.

Extreme Tool & Engineering

Objective: Break current perceptions through a full video production, aiming to appeal to premium clients, focused on the contributions made by Extreme to end products.

Approach: Vive dug into the essence of what Extreme does, and through storytelling showed the reach and impact Extreme’s capabilities have on everyday life.

Company Profile Video

Parish Mfg.

Objective: Showcase the well-oiled machine that is Parish Manufacturing, a bag-in-box specialist with smiling team members, great attitudes, and unique products.

Approach: Vive was on-site to direct videography and capture behind the scenes images for Parish’s latest company video. Deliverables included company t-shirts, a “Behind the Scenes” sneak peek video, as well as the final production video featured on the Parish website homepage.

Custom Photography

Objective: Distinguish PTS with dynamic imagery that is unique and a step above standard stock photography commonly found in the industry.

Approach: Hero images – visual representations of PTS’s core capabilities – were developed from concept to reality to help bring the PTS brand to another level. Images included a compounder process photo of exploding resin pellets, representative of the three core company colors as well as green to represent sustainability. Vive also facilitated the creation of an engineering thermoplastics digitalized image demonstrating the extinguishing power of flame retardant resin.


DeKALB Molded Plastics

Objective: Craft DeKALB’s first ever quarterly e-newsletter, demonstrating the unique depths and talents of one of America’s finest custom structural foam molders while maintaining brand awareness and keeping their company brand top of mind.

Approach: The theme of DeKALB’s newsletter encapsulates their business as a whole: People – Proven – Product. The e-newsletter was sent to a list of more than 700 contacts and performed well above industry standard open rate, click through rate, etc.

Event Management

Nolato Contour

Objective: Assist Nolato Contour, a liquid silicone molder focused on the medical industry, show customers and the general public just how in-depth and precise their operations and management are by hosting an Open House event.

Approach: Working hand-in-hand with key leaders, Vive governed a successful two-day Open House attended by employees, their families and the community. The show stopper included an interactive “scavenger hunt” activity where visitors were challenged to get stamps on their cleverly-designed Tour Passport, from each Nolato station that educated the attendee on Nolato Contour’s products and processes.


Amco Polymers

Objective: Facilitate a complete rebrand for Amco Polymers that integrates sales and marketing with a modernized look and marketing approach to support the company message and build brand equity.

Approach: Amco’s new look is simultaneously progressive and timeless while expressing the company’s personality. Vive helped usher in a new era of resin distribution by creating a comprehensive brand identity package that includes business cards, letterhead, email signatures, line cards, PowerPoint templates, and a number of other key deliverables.

Objective: Develop a dynamic sales piece that demonstrates the unique features of GBIE’s automotive SLIP-COAT coating while having a visual impact that resonates with the automotive industry.

Approach: Working with sleek graphics and robust copy, Vive delivered a brochure that GBIE utilizes to interface with high-end automotive manufacturers. A classy delivery was achieved via silver foil stamping and a soft-touch paper. The end result was a piece that elevated the GBIE brand by being just as informative as it was aesthetically pleasing.

Objective: Equip sales personnel at PTS with tools that make the sales process smoother and showcase the power behind the PTS brand.

Approach: Vive developed a series of cross functional sales pieces. The series included custom branded sales sheets that have been translated into multiple languages and used around the world. Searching for an eye-catching concept, Vive also created a Z-fold brochure that was used at tradeshows and sales meetings.

Tagline Development


Objective: Develop a tagline that tells a story about the company to be used with the new brand identity of HPC, a 100% employee-owned injection molder providing in-house tooling design supported by value stream mapping.

Approach: “The people behind your product.” HPC is proud of their employee ownership and the relationships they share with their customers and suppliers. Vive created the perfect string of words to encapsulate the personal touch and care that goes into every HPC project.

Tradeshow Design and Strategy

Extreme Tool & Engineering

Objective: Gain attention of target markets while generating brand awareness and promoting core capabilities within an exhibition of more than 2,000 companies.

Approach: Vive visually captured Extreme’s high performance results through custom photography which captured manufactured examples. The result was the most successful marketing effort for Extreme in 17 years, exceeding their qualified lead goal by 300%.

Tradeshow Design and Strategy

Objective: Develop strategy and eye-catching, dynamic booths for the many tradeshows attended by the PTS team (including NPE, Plastimagen, MD&M, K Show, etc.) to elevate their brand awareness.

Approach: Vive’s expert designers helped bring PTS’s tradeshow booths to life. From 30-foot areas to table top displays, PTS was always at the center of attention no matter where they were positioned.



Objective: Establish a strong virtual front door that not only educates the user on who HPC is, but also showcases their employee owners, unique processes, and advanced facility.

Approach: Strong imagery with professional photography and carefully crafted content in a tone that resembles their business style helped breathe fresh air into HPC’s website The new responsive site is user friendly, super easy to navigate, and truly highlights the employee-owners of HPC.

Viking Plastics

Objective: Enhance the online presence of Viking Plastics, a privately held, relationship-based injection molder making a difference in complex customer applications, with a modern day user experience.

Approach: From concept to inception, Vive facilitated the complete redesign of Viking’s responsive website. Vive created a site map and content with supporting industry-specific graphics, worked with a web developer on user experience, and put the finishing touches on a stellar website.
